How resupply works
When an order is due you may get a text with a link to Review your order here: tick what you need, tell us how many days of supplies you have left, check the address, and send. You can also reply 1, 2 or 3 to the text, or call us.
Most of what we send you is used up and replaced on a schedule — sensors, test strips, catheters, ostomy supplies, feeding sets. Here is how the cycle runs.
1. We check in before we ship
Medicare and most insurers require that you still need and still use the supplies before each shipment. So before an order goes out we ask you — on this portal with one tap, by text if you agreed to texts, or by phone. Answer “ship my next order” or “I have enough for now.” That answer is what lets us ship.
2. We ship about ten days before you run out
Insurance rules also decide the earliest day a refill may ship. We time each order so it arrives before your last supplies are used. You can see the order and its tracking on your home screen.
3. Tell us when something changes
- Running low earlier than expected? Send us a message or call — do not wait for the next cycle.
- A new address, a new phone, a new insurance card: send it through “Send a photo” or a message so the next box is not delayed.
- Your doctor changed your supplies or the amount: we need the new prescription. Ask the office to fax it to (251) 650-4498 or send us a photo of it.
- You no longer need the supplies: tell us and we will stop the program — no charge, no questions.
Your prescription has a life of its own
A prescription is usually good for a year. When yours is close to expiring we ask your doctor for a renewal; you may get a call from us or from the doctor’s office to confirm a visit. For continuous glucose monitors, Medicare also expects a visit with your doctor every six months.
