We provide equal access to every patient regardless of language, hearing, vision or communication ability, and we never deny services or treat anyone differently because of a language barrier. Interpreters — including American Sign Language by video — are available through our Jeenie interpreter service at no cost to you, in over 300 languages, usually within a minute. Just ask when you call. TTY users: dial 711. Large print and read-aloud versions of our documents are available on request. We never ask a child to interpret.
